Houses of horror: Interview process of rescued children will take two weeks, says IGP
The process to interview the 402 rescued children from 18 care homes linked to Global Ikhwan Services and Business Holdings (GISB), is still in the early stages, says Tan Sri Razarudin Husain.

00:16When contacted on Thursday, Tan Sri Razaruddin Hussain said the children will be placed at
00:20the police training centre, where the interviews and documentation processes can be conducted.
00:26He added that investigators would take special care during the interview of the supposedly
00:31exploited children and probe allegations of sexual assault and sodomy.
00:36On top of that, they will check whether the children are being sent to school as well.
00:41Police will also work with the Welfare Department to provide counselling and emotional support
00:46for the children.
00:48201 boys and 201 girls, aged between 1 and 17, were rescued at the care homes in Selangor
00:56and Negeri Sembilan in a police operation dubbed OPS Global.
01:01It was alleged that the children were sodomised and forced to do the same to others.
01:06The IGP had said this was only the tip of the iceberg of the horrific abuses the children
01:11were subjected to at the homes linked to GISB.
01:16171 suspects, aged between 17 and 64, were arrested, including a teacher and dorm caretakers.
