00:00We've had Craig Dawes, we've had Nelson Samedo, and now we are going to go with someone who came off the bench.
00:04So you think, oh, why is he up? But I thought he was very, very good.
00:08We'll be disappointed that he hasn't started yet in the Premier League.
00:12And of course, Andre was brought in as well, wasn't he? On deadline day as well.
00:16So another person in that kind of 6-8 mould that Tommy Doyle would be looking to take.
00:22I've mentioned his name now. It is Tommy Doyle.
00:24But he was very, very good on Saturday.
00:27Another calming presence. And it's just one where, where's he going to fit in?
00:32When's he going to start? Because when you have Mario Lamin, who's the captain, who's not going to get dropped.
00:36When you've got João Gomes, who, you know, potentially he could take the place of as well.
00:40And now you add Andre to the mix. Where does Tommy Doyle get his starts, Liam?
00:45It's a good question. It's a very good question. It's a question Tommy Doyle will be asking the gaffer, I'm sure.
00:49I'm sure we'll be asking the gaffer soon as well.
00:51Certainly. I think Tommy Doyle is a very good footballer.
00:54I think he's different towards his other midfielders in that he's a lot more technical.
00:59His range of passing is fantastic.
01:00He's essentially a quarterback in the other football that you're, you're a big fan of American football.
01:06No, you're more of a baseball guy, aren't you? You're not really an American football guy.
01:09I'm massively into American football. Baseball is my number one.
01:11But come on, I was, I was really enjoying your analogy of the quarterback.
01:15I'm like, where are you going to go here?
01:16I don't know. I need you to help me.
01:18Are you going to go deep line?
01:19None of that means anything to me.
01:21So he is though, he is very much like a quarterback, you know, you know, he's, he's picking those passes.
01:26He's a, he's a deep line midfielder. I don't know anything about NFL.
01:30So look, that makes him slightly different to anything Wolves have got,
01:34which means I still think he'll be very useful to Wolves this season, Tommy Doyle.
01:37I don't think he becomes surplus to requirements by bringing Andre in by any means.
01:43And Doyle has been very impressive actually in pre-season.
01:45So first of all, that's, that's an important point to make.
01:48Secondly, as you say, we both felt he came on and had a real impact in that game
01:53because Wolves were starting to lose a little bit of control in that second half.
01:58Obviously Forrest had a lot of possessions starting to create chances, force Wolves back.
02:04They needed, Andre, by the way, actually came on.
02:06I thought he did really well at breaking the lines up as well,
02:08but it was Tommy Doyle who just got a little bit of calmness around,
02:11started to pick the ball up and pick passes and just ease through Wolves,
02:15probably 15, 20 minutes in the middle of that second half,
02:18when they just needed to take a breath.
02:20And that was really important.
02:22I think regardless of bringing Andre in, regardless of Bibicacciori's injury,
02:26for example, regardless of the midfield options they've got,
02:29which, by the way, it's got to be one of the strongest midfield options in the Premier League,
02:33let alone, you know, where Wolves may be in mid-table or bottom half of the table,
02:38wherever they may finish.
02:38It's got to be up there with one of the top midfielders in the Premier League.
02:42Tommy Doyle is a very good option in there, I think.
02:44What quarterback would you compare him to, Liam?
02:47Oh, it's a good question.
02:49He's a Tom Brady for me.
02:50Yeah, OK.
02:52He's the only man that I can think of off the top of my head.
02:54He retired a couple of years ago, but I mean...
02:56Trevor Lawrence.
02:57Trevor Lawrence, pre-season, Jacksonville Jaguars.
03:01He was all over the shop in that pre-season training.
03:03Oh, they were terrible, weren't they?
03:0555 million.
03:06For people who don't know, I went to Jacksonville Jaguars practice
03:08while we were in pre-season and got invited there.
03:11Thank you very much.
03:12But that's very good.
03:12Keno, I'm giving you that.
03:13I'm giving you that's a big tick, double tick for you.
03:15Congratulations.
