Cops, Quiboloy supporters in standoff in Davao City

Police and supporters of Pastor Apollo Quiboloy are currently locked in a standoff in Davao City on Sunday night, August 25.

As of 10:40 p.m., at least 1,000 Kingdom of Jesus Christ members are holding a protest in front of their compound in Buhangin District.

Police Regional Office-11 chief Police Brig. Gen. Nicolas Torre II asked the KOJC members to disperse from the Philippines-Japan Friendship Highway.
