00:00We're literally, we leave tomorrow, we get to the village and I think everyone's really excited for
00:04what's ahead. I think I speak on behalf of the team where, well both the men's and women's team,
00:10we both feel that we're in a very good spot in a sporting sense and we're just ready to
00:14get out there now and give it our all. Yeah honestly the vibe today, like everyone's
00:18arrived, like we're getting the train tomorrow and yeah it's just such a good atmosphere,
00:23everyone's just super ready and I think yeah like Ben said, we're both in a really great
00:27position and we just can't get, can't wait to get out and compete now. We've literally not
00:31stopped all summer but it's not only this summer, this is four years of preparation for this moment
00:36and you know I'm going into my second Paralympics and I think it's good, I'm very excited the fact
00:43that you know the crowds are back in, you know we're post-Covid now and yeah I think like I said
00:50four years of hard work for this moment, it's a lot of pressure but that's why we do it. For us
00:55as the women's team it's to win a medal, we've never won a Paralympic medal before and that is
01:00just, it's been our message throughout the whole summer, throughout the whole year and that's
01:05definitely our goal. Yeah and for the men's team, listen we're European champions, world silver
01:12medalists so definitely reaching that Paralympic final and winning the gold but just I think same
01:17as the women's team on a day-to-day basis just being the best versions of ourselves and hopefully
01:20the results take care of themselves.
