00:00A man was arrested after a motorcycle ran over a man in Quezon City.

00:05This will be the statement of the suspect.

00:08First, we have the news of James Agustin.

00:14A man was captured in this dashcam video while he was walking in the barangay of Santo Domingo, Quezon City.

00:20The CCTV footage shows that the man seems to be looking for something.

00:25When he noticed that the motorcycle was parked, he pulled it closer and left the place.

00:30A few minutes later, the man came back.

00:33He was wearing a different outfit.

00:35He was wearing a backpack and a towel on his head.

00:38He rode the motorcycle and left.

00:41According to the police, the 35-year-old owner fell asleep after discovering that his motorcycle was missing.

00:48Based on the CCTV footage, we conducted a backtracking and identified the suspect.

00:56We immediately formed a tracker team.

00:59In the follow-up operation, the police arrested the 28-year-old suspect.

01:03The motorcycle was recovered from the suspect and the top box was removed.

01:08The suspect came to the owner's place to confirm that he was the one who recovered the motorcycle.

01:13Aside from the motorcycle, bullets were also fired from the suspect.

01:18According to the investigation of the police, the security guard found out that the motorcycle was stolen.

01:22Before the motorcycle was stolen, there was a report here in Lalama Police Station that there was a robbery

01:30in an establishment that was guarded by the security guard.

01:36The suspect was jailed several times.

01:38He was charged several times for theft, possession of illegal drugs and injuring others.
