UK police carry out morning raid to arrest rioter

London's metropolitan police chief, Mark Rowley, accompanied a group of officers on a Thursday morning (Aug 8) raid in Sutton.

The suspect, wanted for violent disorder in Whitehall last week, was arrested without incident.
