00:05The effects of the low tide or southwest monsoon will continue here in the western sections of the northern and central zones.

00:12Starting this afternoon until tomorrow morning, the chances of rain will be the highest here in Ilocos Norte and Ilocos Sur.

00:19The rain and thunderstorms are still expected that may cause floods and landslides.

00:25There is also a chance of high rains and thunderstorms in the remaining parts of the Ilocos Region, Cordillera Region,

00:31here in the central zone, and Metro Manila in the next 12 hours.

00:35That will also be affected by the low tide.

00:37And in the remaining parts of the country, you can expect heavy rains or landslides and landslides.

00:42That will only be the result of localized thunderstorms.

00:46Meanwhile, based on our latest satellite animation, we have cloud clusters that are visible in the West Philippine Sea,

04:24followed by heavy rain and thunderstorms in the remaining part of Mindanao,

04:29if it reaches the afternoon and evening.
