00:00Venezuelan authorities kicked off the so-called planned republic operation with the objective
00:17of warranting the security and protection of the presidential elections this Sunday,
00:21July 28.
00:26In Nepal, a plane carrying 19 passengers crashed during take-off, killing 18 people.
00:34And in Palestine, Tel Aviv regime troops killed at least 5 people after destroying a building
00:39in the Nuseirat refugee camp.
00:45Hello and welcome to From the South, I'm Alejandra Garcia from Telesur studios in Havana,
00:50Cuba.
00:51We begin with the news.
00:52Venezuela and Trinidad and Tobago signed energy agreements to strengthen their cooperation.
00:58Both countries signed the Seven Agreements Act with the approval of the functional structure
01:03for the operation in the Manakin and Coiquina fields of the Deltana platform off the Venezuelan
01:10coast.
01:11The agreement establishes licenses for U.S. and European companies to join in the exploration
01:17and exploitation of gas and other hydrocarbons.
01:21The event was headed by the President Nicolás Maduro, who ratified Venezuela's own formula
01:26for development and the emerging energy cooperation in the region.
01:31International oil companies have been gradually returning to Venezuela in recent years, despite
01:36the sanctions and blockade by the U.S. government.
01:45We re-engineered our brain, our mind, our plans, and at that precise moment, we resumed
01:50negotiations with Trinidad and Tobago to look for our own formula, where these economic
02:06projects, which have an important impact on the economy of Trinidad and Tobago and of
02:11Venezuela because of the income we are going to obtain, would be viable within the framework
02:16of sovereign, independent, friendly, good neighborly relations.
02:30We are taking a monumental step in the right direction, and I would say that we are on
02:34the right side of history.
02:35The new world that is emerging belongs to us.
02:51On Wednesday, Venezuelan authorities activated the Poland Republic with the objective of
02:56warranting the security and protection of the presidential elections of this Sunday,
03:00July 28.
03:02The authorities are in charge of distributing the electoral material and maintaining control
03:06in the voting centers due to the threats of sabotage from the Venezuelan extreme right.
03:11In this regard, the President of the National Electoral Council, Elvis Amoroso, highlighted
03:16the work of the National Armed Forces in warranting the democratic process.
03:30The attacks are permanent and from here I denounce the media campaign, paid by dirty
03:34money, money from drug trafficking, money that has been stolen from you Venezuelans,
03:51the gold that has been taken from us, the Sidco oil company in the United States.
04:07Stolen from us and that money is being used by foreign media to apply a campaign of destruction
04:12against the Venezuelan people in seeking to hinder these elections.
04:18For his part, the Venezuelan Attorney General, Tarek William Saab, reaffirmed the National
04:22Electoral Council as the only body in charge of issuing the official results of the presidential
04:27elections.
04:30However, outside the law, usurps the function of the electoral power, and I warn here clearly
04:38in the middle of the high political and military command of the Venezuelan nation.
04:51Whoever usurps that function is committing a crime and must be subject to an investigation
04:56and be prosecuted and arrested.
05:06Because here there is no double standard of de facto parallel or satellite governments
05:10from abroad that usurp the powers of the Venezuelan state.
05:14At the same time, the Attorney General of Venezuela, Tarek William Saab, denounced the
05:19plans of the far-right to create violence against the Venezuelan people.
05:25Now, what this sector is proposing to Venezuela in the midst of the alibi, and it is my duty
05:32to denounce it, of the electoral moment, in a nightmarish exercise, if they triumph.
05:45Is to literally repeat as a copy what the Zionist state of Israel has done in Gaza against
05:50the Venezuelan people?
05:54In Venezuela, the presidential candidate for the great patriotic Paul Nicolás Maduro was
05:58received by the people of IaraquĂ to support his candidacy for July 28th elections.
06:04With a great mobilization, the inhabitants of the city of San Felipe expressed their
06:08support for the candidacy of the current Venezuelan president in the fight against the blockades
06:13imposed by the United States and its European allies.
06:16The candidate for the great patriotic Paul thanked the people for their support to defeat
06:21the actions of the extreme right and promised to continue working for the welfare of the
06:26nation.
06:27Maduro also reiterated his enunciation of the intentions of the Venezuelan extreme right
06:32wing to generate violence in order to come to power and steal the future of the country's
06:38youth.
06:44In this context, the presidential candidate of the great patriotic Paul Nicolás Maduro
06:49continued his tour through the state of Portuguesa as part of his presidential campaign for the
06:54elections of next July 28th.
06:57The candidate was received by a large mobilization in the city of Guararé, which ratified its
07:02support to the future governmental proposals presented by the candidate.
07:06In this sense, Maduro warned that sympathizers of the Venezuelan ultra-right wing of being
07:11used by fugitives from justice and disqualified politicians for personal benefits.
07:22Also in Venezuela, the people of the state of Anzuategui took to the streets on Wednesday
07:26as part of a mobilization in support of the presidential candidate for the great patriotic
07:30Paul Nicolás Maduro.
07:32The rally took place in El Tigre in the municipality SimĂłn RodrĂguez and was led by the first
07:38vice president of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela, Diosdado Cabello.
07:42During his speech, Cabello affirmed that the victory of this July 28th will be achieved
07:48with the organized work of all the Venezuelan people.
07:51He also recalled that the victory of candidate Nicolás Maduro will also be of the people
07:57for peace, stability and national development.
08:10A passion of people, a passion of love, a passion of revolution has been awakened throughout
08:15the national territory because on July 28th this organized people.
08:21This people know what they have to do and on July 28th the people will vote for whom?
08:34For whom?
08:35The 28th wins.
08:37The 28th wins and you know that with Nicolás the people win.
08:48You know that with Nicolás, Chávez wins.
08:51You know that with Nicolás, peace wins.
08:53You know that with Nicolás, social equality wins.
08:57You know that with Nicolás, the stability of the homeland wins.

12:41with Russia to ensure peace.
12:43In this regard, Foreign Minister Wang Yi reported that his Ukrainian counterpart Dmitry Kuleva
12:49confirmed Kyiv's readiness to hold talks with Russia.
12:52During a bilateral meeting, Kuleva specified that the negotiations must be rational, substantial
12:58and aimed at achieving a just and lasting peace.
13:02The Ukrainian diplomat also valued as highly positive and significant the active role of
13:07China in the promotion of peace and the upholding of international order.
13:11In addition to a peace plan, both parties addressed bilateral relations.
13:24China believes that all conflicts must be settled at the negotiating table and all disputes
13:29should be resolved by political means.
13:32Recently, both Ukraine and Russia have shown their readiness for negotiation.
13:36Meanwhile, after the Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmitry Kuleva announced his readiness to establish
13:41a dialogue with Russia, the Kremlin's spokesman Dmitry Peskov said,
13:46this is certainly better than Kyiv's statements to exclude any contact with the Russian side
13:52and we will have to wait for concrete actions to judge what the Ukrainian side's intentions are.
13:58Of course, to speak about dialogue in one or another tone is much better than to speak about
14:04the intention to fight to the last Ukrainian.
14:11Laos is getting ready for the 57th Foreign Minister's Meeting of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations,

20:35Definitely. I have two children that I have photographs of that were shot so perfectly in the chest I couldn't put my stethoscope over their heart more accurately, and directly on the side of the head in the same child.

22:49due to the crimes committed by the country, especially in the Gaza Strip.
