00:00We're tracking still some steamy and stormy weather across the southeast.
00:04Unfortunately, I feel like we've been on repeat just then. We've been saying the same thing,
00:08but that's because the pattern hasn't changed too much across the gulf anywhere from Texas
00:14all the way to the southeast coast. Yeah, that's right. Rinse and repeat.
00:17We're definitely in a repetitive cycle here. We're seeing these daily doses of
00:21drenching thunderstorms, and we'll continue to see them here into the early overnight,
00:26and then again as we head our way right in Thursday. Yeah, those storms stick around
00:30later tonight, but it's not all bad news. The rain's going to put a little bit of a
00:34dent in the drought that we've been tracking, especially there through Virginia and the
00:37Carolinas. Those temperatures will start to rise here over the next few days.
00:42It's July in the southeast. It's going to be feeling steamy. 88 on tap for the ATL by the
00:49start of the weekend. All right. In the meantime, the tropics, at least we're pumping the brakes
00:53right now. We have dry, dusty air.
