Spotlight: Does Russia need a child curfew?

Today we will talk about children. A controversial bill has been past by the State Duma. This legislation gives the right to local authorities to introduce a curfew between 10pm and 6am for minors in order to prevent anti-social behaviour among teenagers. We’ll be discussing the cons and pros of this bill with Boris Megrelishvili.
