Uber driver tells woman he would kidnap her if they were in Pakistan

This appears to have been taken out of context and it doesn't appear that he said that he would kidnap her but was trying to say that she would have been kidnapped by now if she lived in Pakistan.

She even cuts him off, appearing to put words into his mouth.
