Barron Trump, the 18-year-old son of former President Donald Trump and former First Lady Melania Trump, has turned down an offer to serve as a Florida delegate to the Republican National Convention. In a statement, Barron Trump said that while he was honored to be chosen, he declined due to prior commitments. Barron's siblings, Donald Trump Jr., Eric Trump, and Tiffany Trump, were named delegates from Florida to the RNC. Eric Trump will serve as the chair of the Florida delegation to the convention, which will be held in July in Milwaukee. Trump is expected to receive the 2024 Republican presidential nomination officially.
