ByteDance Sues U.S. Government Over Law Forcing Tiktok Sale

TikTok’s parent company, ByteDance, has filed a lawsuit againsts the U.S. government over a law that requires them to sell the social media app to a non-Chinese buyer or face a ban. The China-based company says the law is unconstitutional and violates the First Amendment.
