@Gocciedimemoria Lara Saint Paul, pseudonimo di Silvana Areggasc Savorelli (Asmara, 31 marzo 1945 – Casalecchio di Reno, 8 maggio 2018), è stata una cantante italiana, attiva dagli anni sessanta.Nacque all'Asmara da padre romagnolo, un tecnico minerario, e da madre eritrea, una principessa di etnia amarica.Intrapresa la carriera di cantante, a soli 16 anni debuttò al Festival di Sanremo con il nome d'arte di Tanya, con la canzone I colori della felicità (1962).Nel 1967, con il nuovo nome d'arte di Lara Saint Paul, partecipò al 15º Festival della canzone napoletana con il brano, scritto da Amato e Valleroni Te faje desiderà.Nel 1971 partecipa a Canzonissima con il brano Strano.Nel 1972, ritorna al Festival di Sanremo con il brano Se non fosse fra queste mie braccia lo inventerei.Nel 1973, ritorna al Festival di Sanremo con il brano Una casa grande.Muore la mattina dell'8 maggio 2018, a 73 anni. Era malata da tempo ed era ricoverata nell'hospice di Casalecchio di Reno (Bologna).

She was born in Asmara to a father from Romagna, a mining technician, and to Eritrean mother, a princess of Amharic ethnicity. Having undertaken a career as a singer, at just 16 years old she made her debut at the Sanremo Festival with the stage name of Tanya, with the song I colori della happiness (1962). In 1967, with the new stage name of Lara Saint Paul, she participated in the 15th Neapolitan Song Festival with the song, written by Amato and Valleroni Te faje desiderà. In 1971 she participated in Canzonissima with the song Strano. In 1972, she returned to the Sanremo Festival with the song If he weren't in these arms of mine I would invent him. In 1973, he returned to the Sanremo Festival with the song Una casa grande. He died on the morning of 8 May 2018, at the age of 73. She had been ill for some time and was admitted to the hospice in Casalecchio di Reno (Bologna).
