00:00 Looking at the transfer situation ahead of the summer, you said it's going to be difficult in terms of players that need to stay for them to make progress in this division.
00:13 Jarrod Brantway, I'm sure clubs might be in for him in the summer after his fantastic season.
00:19 Players who need to stay and players who they might look to get in or positions they might need to fill in the summer?
00:26 Yeah, I mean as you say Jarrod Brantway is the prized asset. I'm sure he'll be covered by a lot of clubs.
00:32 If he goes, you're going to have to go and get another centre-back to be honest to play alongside James Tarkowski.
00:38 It's difficult to replace Brantway just because of his attributes.
00:41 But you've got Michael Keane, the club hasn't played all season and his career has been on the slide.
00:46 He started the season ahead of Brantway and didn't really take his chance.
00:50 Ben Goff, Frieder Dout, can he play in a back four or have a back three when you're playing three centre-backs?
00:57 I think wide players are going to need it definitely.
01:03 At the minute, they'll only have Dwight McNeil on the books as an out-and-out wide player.
01:10 Jack Harrison, Sloane Deal at Leeds United comes to a conclusion.
01:14 Sean Dyche wasn't too emphatic whether Evan would be able to do anything to bring him in permanently or not.
01:20 Abdel Jume has been injured and he hasn't played a lot anyway.
01:23 I don't think he's the Sean Dyche type of player.
01:26 Ashley Young is the other one who is out of contract and is going to be 39 in July.
01:31 Even if he does stay, he'll still be very much an auxiliary player you would think.
01:36 So wide players are going to need at least two, maybe three.
01:40 I think Dwight McNeil has played too much this season for as good as he's been.
01:44 He has a dip where he just looks absolutely exhausted.
01:47 I think he needs to be managed better.
01:51 Then depending on the midfield situation, I think Evan might need some midfielders in.
01:57 Andre Gomez is out of contract, Andres Aguilargue is out of contract.
02:01 Aldo Unana, again, the situation with him is up in the air.
02:05 Is he going to be one of the players who might potentially be sold if Evan needs to?
02:09 Maybe a little bit of cover at left back as well, because Vitaly Mikhailenko has been excellent this season.
02:14 Unfortunately, he missed the last few games with an ankle injury.
02:17 There's no real out-and-out cover for him. Ashley Young has done a job there.
02:21 I think Evan needs another left back, maybe someone a little bit more attacking as well.
02:26 Mikhailenko is excellent defensively, but there are some games where you need that little bit more from the full-back going forwards.
02:34 Mikhailenko just improves in that, but he doesn't give you that really.
02:39 It could be quite a busy summer for Sean Dyche, but it will be difficult.
02:44 I think they're going to have to be creative in how they get deals done again.
02:49 Just quickly on the fact you said there that these last few games, Dyche is going to want to maybe show players who could come in that there is something building here.
02:58 Obviously, the new stadium as well soon. How important are these few games to show players that there can be a good future at Everton?
03:07 Yes, I think so. I think he knows that the knocks are bad this season.
03:13 He'll be wanting to finish on a high, not only that, but the prize money as well.
03:18 I think it's maybe £2.7-2.8 million per place.
03:23 Given Everton's financial situation, that's not something that he can afford to pass up, to be honest with you.
03:30 So yes, building momentum, getting it going into next season is crucial.
