Fallout 3 No Healing Items Challenge and Let's Play 5

In this series I’m going to be doing a challenge run of Fallout 3 where I don’t use any of the health items trackable in the pip boy and complete the main story and if possible all of the quests in the base game while doing the challenge. This will be a heavily edited playthrough where I mostly cut out all the boring stuff like selling all my items, fast traveling to and from my house to heal, and backtrack to acquire items, but will be showing the interesting things such as the bulk of quests, making big purchases, and meeting substantial new people.
