Oakland A's bench coach Ryan Christenson has apologized for making a gesture that looked like a Nazi salute.Christenson did so following the A's 6-4 win over the Rangers and closer Liam Hendriks immediately pushed his arm down.Cameras then showed Christenson laughing and apparently raising his arm similarly a second time."I made a mistake and I will not deny it," Christenson said in a team issued statement.
