U.S. Voices Displeasure Over Chinese Swimmer Doping Scandal

Twenty-three Chinese swimmers who tested positive for prohibited substances were cleared to compete in the Tokyo Olympics. The U.S. says the World Anti-Doping Agency botched the investigation and wants to launch a deeper examination into it's decision-making process.
