The heating system uses aluminum plate heating, providing high thermal conductivity and improving the finished product rate. Developed by our technical team based on the characteristics of PVC film, this high-performance laminating machine solves the problem of achieving precise results for common positive/negative pressure high-gloss profiles in a single pass, which is difficult to repair.
Featuring special process heating and a large worktable, this machine significantly enhances production efficiency and reduces costs. The transmission system uses chain drive, with a two-stage reduction for the worktable entry to prevent workpiece misalignment and product waste. The computer system utilizes imported electrical components for stable performance, equipped with both manual and automatic operation programs, achieving a high degree of automation.
