House prices have reached record levels in recent years. Post lockdown, we saw Wales hit the highest ever prices for houses across the country. Since then though, those prices have gone down consistently, and have now fallen for the 5th time in a row. So we’re taking a look at what the lower prices mean for people across Wales.
