Brian Schimmel of the South Whitley Indiana Police Department doesn't like to be humiliated but when faced with a real man, his weakness is exposed and we can't have that.
Officer Schimmel chooses to pull over this 18 year old female for speeding 7 MPH over the posted speed limit and driving with a headlight out (keep in mind this is during the day)
