TasRacing again moves to ban Ben Yole and others from racetracks after Supreme Court clears the way

TasRacing has issues show cause notices to a number of harness racing participants, adversely names in the Ray Murrihy Report. The Supreme Court decision last week paved the way for TasRacing to issue the notices- which could lead to bans from Tasmanian racetracks.
