'Bollard men' heroes who took on Bondi knifeman identified

The “bollard men”, two heroic shoppers who used bollards to try to stop Joel Cauchi from attacking fellow customers at Bondi Westfield, have been identified as two French migrants. Tradies Silas Despreaux and Damien Guerot worked together to help contain the offender after Cauchi's stabbing spree in Sydney's eastern suburbs left six people dead.
