Patta Gobhi ki Sabzi, or Cabbage Stir Fry, is a simple and flavorful Indian dish. Here's a basic recipe:

Ingredients:

1 small cabbage, shredded
1 onion, finely chopped
2 tomatoes, finely chopped
2 green chilies, finely chopped (adjust according to your spice preference)
2 cloves garlic, minced
1-inch piece of ginger, minced
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 teaspoon mustard seeds
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon coriander powder
1/2 teaspoon red chili powder (adjust to taste)
Salt to taste
2 tablespoons oil
Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Instructions:

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and mustard seeds. Let them splutter.
Add chopped onions and sauté until they turn translucent.
Add minced garlic and ginger. Sauté for another minute until fragrant.
Add chopped green chilies and tomatoes. Cook until tomatoes are soft and mushy.
Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well and cook for a minute.
Add shredded cabbage to the pan. Stir to combine with the spice mixture.
Cook the cabbage uncovered for about 7-10 minutes or until it's tender, stirring occasionally.
Once the cabbage is cooked, garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
Serve hot with roti or rice.
