Removing damage from old cartoon video with photoshop

This is how I manually removed dust, scratches and other particle damage from each frames of old cartoons video using software adobe photoshop 2023.
It also works on single image photo.
The cartoon is Little Lulu Bargain Counter Attack 1945.
The duration to complete will depend on how much damage there is and depends how much minutes on the video. I estimate 5 minutes video to have around 10,000 - 14,000 total image frames, and could take around 3 months or more to complete.
