From July 1st, Australia’s not-for-profit organisations could find themselves having to pay income tax if they don't comply with new operating conditions. For some smaller NGOs that are run by volunteers, the paperwork required to meet those conditions can be daunting. But as the deadline looms, some are being offered a lifeline.
