John Mooth kills the Captain Gilroy that he's betrayed on him. After he killed, John Mooth don't obey by surrending, he kills Dusty but he's alive by one shot and the police officers captures him, and John Mooth escapes Las Venturas from most wanted, and a meltdown to close the city exit.
