Summary: Joe and the others participate in the "Cannon Race," a long-distance car race with a massive prize. It seems that Gedow is lurking somewhere, intending to disrupt the race. Joe engages in a fierce rivalry with the people's favorite, Cannon Boy, but Gedow's traps set him off course...
