A suicide bombing in northwest Pakistan has killed five Chinese engineers and their local driver. The attacker drove his vehicle into a bus carrying workers on their way to the Dasu Dam construction site, one of several major infrastructure projects in Pakistan in which China is investing as part of its Belt and Road Initiative.
