New national service model won't be confined to school students, says deputy minister

Deputy Defence Minister Adly Zahari told the Dewan Rakyat on Monday (March 25) that the National Service Training Programme (PLKN 3.0) will not be confined to school students but those who are in university as well as youths who are not pursuing tertiary education.
