Victorian ferry rescues children from boat after fears of fire off Queenscliff

Twenty school students had to be plucked to safety on Port Phillip Bay today, after the boat they were on ran into trouble. They had been on a snorkelling trip to see dolphins where the boat’s engine started smoking.
