01:54 He was accompanied by his friend who is in prison in Tagong City Police Station on Monday.

02:06 His friend visited him, who is a person under PNP custody in the police station.

02:11 He brought a cellophane that he used to sue the police.

02:15 He also brought a package that he used to give shabu to an improvised tutor.

02:21 He weighed 2 grams and the suspect is in custody for P13,000 pesos.
