A man depressed when a girlfriend left him due to his weight gain has lost 64kg - and now works as a personal trainer.
Nithun Puvirajasingam, 27, gained 44kg during lockdown and went from 100kg to 144kg.
He says his girlfriend couldn't bear to see him "eat himself to death" and left him and he decided to get his life back on track.
Nithun has now lost 64kg - bringing his weight down to 80kg - and now he even works as a personal trainer.
