WWE Founder Vince McMahon filed to sell 5.35 million shares of TKO stock worth $411.95 million. This came after he sold $670.3 million shares in TKO last November. As of the end of 2023, McMahon had owned 20.35 million TKO Group’s Class A shares, meaning he still owns about 15 million shares. In January, a former WWE employee sued McMahon, WWE, and a former WWE executive, alleging sexual abuse and exploitation. McMahon resigned from TKO’s board while denying the allegations against him.
