Liverpool Council's cabinet is drawing up plans to utilise a further five temporary accommodation schemes in a bid to meet the city's homelessness crisis. 860 people are currently in temporary accommodation in Liverpool, with more than 500 in B&Bs.

The Women's Organisation will not officially observe International Women's Day on March 8th. The charity said the day has been "hijacked" by organisations superficially through one-off events and marketing, while their day-to-day practices consistently neglect the challenges faced by women.

Liverpool is set to host an immersive Vincent Van Gogh experience. Blending more than 300 paintings with technology and music to tell the story of one of history's most influential artists. It's coming to the Exhibition Centre from 27th June to the of 14th July.
