only 7 Volt Output instead of 12 volt, Low Output voltage. 12 Volt SMPS providing only 7 Volt Output, Low Output. i demonstrated how to repair DDC S-120-12 12 volt 10 ampere power supply. i shared step by step troubleshooting smps switch mode power supply having low output voltage than the rated output volatge. it is KA7500B based power supply. 12 Volt SMPS Power Supply Has Only 7 Volt Output. how to repair TL494 / KA7500 based half bridge 12 volt 20 ampere smps rafeed model S-120-12, it was providing low output voltage than the rated 12 volt, and there was no control by voltage adjustment potentiometer. i found 2x 2SC1815 transistors and 2x 1N4752 zener diodes, i replaced the smps controller ic with new one and the power supply started functioning normally
