Concern as Norway's King Harald V hospitalised in Malaysia
  • 2 months ago
King Harald V of Norway is “improving” from an infection that forced him to be hospitalised while on holiday in Malaysia.

Europe’s oldest monarch is undergoing treatment at the Sultanah Maliha Hospital in Langkawi, local media said on Wednesday. It’s currently unclear when the King, who is Elizabeth II’s second cousin, will return home. His son, Crown Prince Haakon, said that his father “is doing better now” and that the King was “in good spirits”. Report by Bangurak.
