Synopsis :
Frank Kitchen, célèbre tueur à gages, est piégé par des gangsters et se retrouve entre les mains de la chirugienne Rachel Kay. Celle-ci opère Frank, qui se réveille en ayant changé de sexe. Désormais surnommée Tomboy, elle décide de se venger. Elle est aidée par Johnnie, une infirmière qui porte un lourd fardeau....
