Netflix show The Sandman films second series at Bourne Woods

Netflix has returned to Farnham. After a period of absence, the cameras again rolled at Bourne Woods last week for the second season of American fantasy drama series The Sandman.
Actors were seen wearing old-fashioned or medieval clothing with various capes and hats, while sets including a campsite and horse-drawn carts were constructed in a clearing.
It is the first time filming has taken place at Bourne Woods since the 148-day Writers Guild of America strike from May to September last year.
Many famous scenes from blockbuster films have been filmed in the Forestry England-maintained woods near Farnham, including Gladiator, The Avengers, Napoleon and most recently House of the Dragon, the prequel to the Game of Thrones series.
Those working at the site were tight-lipped about the filming project. But despite all the secrecy, many parts of the woods remained open to the public prior to filming ‘wrapping-up’ last weekend.
