Bill Cantrell ... - The Beautiful Face Of Man

Atrocious acts of the wicked,
Storm upon the innocent with violent winds
Counterfeit shreds of dignity are woven into law by the forked tongue,
As convenient stores are legislated by those worthy of death themselves
The unborn dare not look into the hands of their appointed physician
Though his tools are indeed skilled,
They fear no god,
And know nothing of lullabies,
Or nursery rhymes,
Nor guilt

Yet, he ponders tonight's dinners choice
'Steak would be nice,
It's been such a hard week at work,
A friday nights treat is most deserving'
A choice wine is fitting,
For this is date night and he is a family man

With the same skill he severs off bite size pieces,
Removing any unwanted fat,
For he must consider his health,
For after all,
Life is precious

Thus he secures his future,
As well as everyone supporting him
For they picked a couple of well crafted scenarios,
To justify their blanket law of unwanted children left behind

Looking at the beautiful face of today's society,
I see nothing natural or compelling
Norman Rockwell's portraits,
Would be politically abhorrent in today's contemporary state of moral affairs
While every perverted group gains status and praise,
Pedophiles anxiously wait in line,
Assured of a warm welcome as they prance down the red carpet

In spite of all of this,
All is not lost
There is still a remnant of decency,
And oh how beautiful is it's face\n\nBill Cantrell ...
