There would hardly be any child who would not have tasted cotton candy. Even today, cotton candy is a favorite of children. Cotton candy has been banned in two states of Tamil Nadu and Puducherry. Tamil Nadu government's Health Minister Subramaniam said on Saturday that the ban was imposed because Rhodamine-B was found in cotton candy.
