**Ingredient**

Step 1:
- onions(slices) - 2 large
* Almond better:
- poppy seeds - 2tbsp
- almonds - 14 pieces
- water - half cup
* Qourma Masala:
- cumin seeds - 1 tsp
- green cardimom - 6 pods
- black pepper - 10 pieces
- long - 8 cloves
- bay leaves (tayz pat) - 2

Step 2:
* Special spice mix for fragrance:
- cinnamon stick - 1 medium
- black cardimom - 2 pods
- nutmeg (jaiphal) - 1 piece
- mece (jawatri) - 1/4 piece
- green cardimom - 4 pods

Step 3:
- olive oil (for frying)- half cup
- onions

Step 4:
- water - 1 cup
- ginger/garlic paste - 2 tbsp
- green chilli paste - 1 tbsp
- red chilli powder - half tsp
- cumin powder - 1 tsp
- turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- peprika powder - 1 tsp
- coriander powder - 2 tbsp
- salt - 1tbsp
*-qourma masala
- chicken - 1 kg
- yougert - 1 cup
*-almond better
*-special spice mix for fragrance
- kewara essence - 1 tsp
*- fried onion paste
- boiled & peeled almonds - (7 to 10)

Step 5:
- remaining oil of frying onion
- red chilli powder - 1 tsp
