: "I took this video at a ranch in Bonita on January 22, 2024. I know the owners of the ranch since I live above it. With no warning, the water rose to waist-deep on the horses in less than an hour. The staff, boarders, and I worked together to evacuate all horses to higher ground. Every horse at the ranch made it out to higher ground and everyone was unharmed. The water went back down within a few hours of it rising."
