To Customize Pages for users in Business Central -
✅Review or Disable User Personalizations by choosing the Personalized Pages icon and then the related option/button.
✅Customize Pages for a specific Profile by choosing the Profiles (Roles) icon, selecting the line for the profile that you want to Customize Pages for, and then choosing the Edit action and the Customize pages action.
✅Disable the ability for Users to Personalize Pages, and clear any Page Personalization that Users have made as an Administrator.
