During a day spent with the Specialized Field Brigade (BST) of the 15th arrondissement of Marseille, AFPTV followed a police unit during its interventions in parts of the city most affected by drug trafficking. France's second largest city experienced a record year in terms of deaths linked to drug trafficking in 2023, with nearly 50 deaths, many of them teenagers.
