Another FInal Fight character, that's why we will have a run in SF1 despite Final Fight characters aren't playable in the original SF1 game.
4th character of Season 2 DLC, Abigail, one of the villain boss in Final Fight series. A slow poke, and I did not expect him to be slower than Zangief, or even Birdie and Rufus from SF4, and even clumsy.
