In response to fans expressing concerns about the potential misuse of the vocalists' artistic property, the composer addressed the issue through a statement on social media. Rahman clarified that he approached this endeavour ethically, obtaining permission from the families of the late singers. Additionally, he ensured appropriate remuneration was provided to them.
