Character: Kolin {Season 2 DLC Char #2}
Kolin, whose alias also known as Helen, debuts her playability here even though she appears in SF3. Damn, here we go again SF3, but glad that I do not need to face Gill as final boss. It's so much better.
Anyway, this lady is the secretary of Gill so probably the main reason why she is not needed to face Gill as Gill is her ally. She will face Alex at the end of SF3 instead since Alex was portrayed as the main protagonist of the game at that point of time.
