The Pacific island nation of Tuvalu heads to the polls on Friday. The country is one of Taiwan’s few remaining diplomatic allies. And after Tuvalu’s neighbor Nauru cut ties with Taiwan in favor of China last week, some think Tuvalu could follow suit.
