Groups Call for Action on Waste Washed Up on Taiwan Beaches

Volunteers taking stock of trash washed up on Taiwan's east coast found that most of it is plastic bottles and bottle caps. They're calling on the government to do more to encourage the use of reusable products and cut down on plastic.
